使用 Firefox 3 已经有蛮长一段时间了,感觉非常好,如果现在叫我换回 fx 2,还不如杀了我,

很多人对 Firefox 3 持观望态度,其实都是因为扩展的原因,因为有可能导致部分扩展失效, 不过我在这可以告诉你的, 这并不是多大的问题,除了相当一部分扩展已经更新到兼容 Firefox 3 版外, 其它的一部分扩展只需要改一下 install.rdf 这个文件的版本限制即可, 如果你不想自己改的话,你也可以到这下载别人修改并检测使用正常的扩展.

使用 Firefox 的人很多都有使用过 foxmarks 这个扩展吧, 尤其是对于有多台电脑的朋友,这个扩展就显的非常实用了.

但由于 firefox 3 下几乎重写了书签功能,所以也导致之前的 formarks 在 firefox 3 下失效.不过作者也紧接着推出了 foxmarks for firefox 3 beta 版本,但并未对所有用户开放,只有部分 tester 可以拿到并安装此 beta 版的 foxmarks.

有幸我也是 tester 之一,为了方便大家,我就把 foxmarks “扒”了下来(作者稍微做了点手脚,不能直接下载 xpi 文件),经测试, 不管你是否是 tester, 都可以安装并使用此 beta 版 foxmarks.

现在最新版本是 2.0.44.17, 点击这里下载.

虽然我一直在用 Google Reader OSX 这个皮肤，之前我也有介绍过，不过也好久没关注了，今天偶然访问了作者的博客，发现作者都更新了两个版本了，现在最新的是 1.4 版(图为 1.3 版的)。

1.4 版主要是为了兼容最新版 Google reader 的 Friends Shared Items 。另外也更新了一些图标，还有侧栏更贴近 Leopard 风格。详细更新日志请访问原文查看。

和之前在介绍过的一样，有多种安装方式，你也可以采用直接把 CSS 代码添加进 userContent.css 文件的方法，使用方法请参考 Google Reader OSX 皮肤 1.3 一文，也可以安装 Stylish 扩展或 Greasemonkey 扩展。你喜欢哪种就采用哪种吧，我个人是使用 Greasemonkey 的方式，因为我本来就安装了这个非常好玩的扩展。

另外, 由于 Flickr 最近启用了新服务器 farm4, 如果你启用了 Access Flickr 这个扩展的话会导致 farm4 上的图片无法显示, 在 sein 的提醒下,我对 Access Flickr 1.8 做了一下修正,使之可以正常显示 farm4 上的图片.

修正的方法也并不难, 修改扩展的 content 目录下的 overlay.js 文件,把 farm4.static.flickr.com 及相对应的地址 farm4.static.flickr.yahoo11.akadns.net 添加到相应位置即可,你可以自行查看对比一下便知,同时我也修改了一下 install.rdf 文件中的版本限制.

Greasemonkey 是我必装的 Firefox 扩展之一，大量非常实用的 Greasemonkey 脚本让我爱不释手。

Google Account Multi-Login 是一个很有意思的 Greasemonkey 脚本，可以非常轻易的切换多个 Google 帐号。很多人都同时拥有多个 Gmail 帐号，有时要切换起来非常麻烦，本来 Gmail 加载就相对比较慢。如果用这个脚本那就方便多了，可以节约很多时间。

要切换多个 Google 帐号，需要退出然后再登录，还要输入帐号和密码，这是一个很无聊的过程，使用这个脚本后，我们可以添加多个 Google 帐号，如图所示。然后在下拉列表中选择任一个帐号，这样就会自动完成切换了。

在使用此脚本之前，也许大家都会有疑问，是否安全？哈，这你不用担心，肯定是安全的，因为帐号信息都是通过 Greasemonkey 保存在你的 Firefox 的相关配置文件里，你也可以该脚本的源代码，并未有任何代码有试图传递数据到其它地方。

另外，该脚本只适用于 Gmail 2，当然用只适用于安装了 Greasemonkey 的 Firefox。

我个人喜欢 Firefox 的原因之一就是有大量非常棒的扩展可使用，可以把 Firefox 武装成你最爱的战舰。

TimeTracker 这个 Firefox 扩展可以有效统计你使用 Firefox 上网所花费的时间。

如图中红线框中的部分就是 TimeTracker 的统计数据，当然你也可以进行相关的一些设置。

2008 年就这样走进了我们，新的一年开始了，大家都应该注意自己的方主面面，努力提高自已，把更多的精力用于更重要的时间上。

此功能从某种角度上来说还是蛮实用的。你可以点击上图中的 View All 查看所有的推荐列表，如下图：

你可以选择 Subscribe(订阅) 某个博客，当然你也可以点击 No thanks 链接， 如果你点击 No thanks ，则此博客会从推荐列表中去除。

拖曳（drag-and-drop）

Google Reader 终于也加上了拖曳功能了，这项更新很不错，方便我们整理 rss。我们可以轻易的把某个 rss 从这个目录拖曳到另一个目录，借用官方的一张截图：

如上图，这是我使用 Firefox 访问我的博客时浏览器的部分截图。是不是觉的奇怪，为什么会有这样的一个图标呢？

我想很多人都应该知道吧，其实这是因为我们所使用的主题的 head 文件中包含有以下代码：

这是 Firefox 的一个小功能，IE6 下是没有的，不过不清楚 Opera 等其它的浏览器是否有这个 RSS 自动发现功能。

另外，你还可以发现点击那个图标可以链接到你的 RSS 地址。这也算是另一种订阅方式了，-_-

不过，你是不是发现个问题呢，上面给出的代码所取到的 RSS 地址是你博客的原始 RSS 地址，不过现在很多人都使用 FeedBurner 或 FeedSky 来管理你的 RSS。

所以，建议修改一下上面给出的代码，把 RSS 地址改成你的 FeedBurner 或 FeedSky 的地址。

当然，如果你不愿意修改模版代码的话，也可以使用 Feed Locations WordPress Plugin 这个插件实现相应功能。

安装此插件后，就无需手工查看源代码，找到 外部 JS/CSS 文件的 URL，然后用浏览器打开该地址了。也无需把某个页面另存为以获得 JS/CSS 文件了。

默认安装后会在鼠标右键添加一个“查看网页源代码 – JSView”的选项，与常规查看网页源代码的功能相同，可在设置中隐藏此选项。

可以在 工具栏的 查看 选项，查看外部 JS/CSS 文件源代码。

也可以在 JSView 的设置里设置在右键快速查看 JS/CSS 文件

当然也可以设置用不同的编辑工具打开 JS/CSS 文件，如我使用 editplus。
